how it works

Our Process: From Idea to AI Solution

Step 1

Submit Your AI Solution Request

A client requests AI Incubator for an AI solution. At this phase is a high-level description of the problem to be solved and client ideas on how this should be solved.

Step 2

Collect requirements and estimation

AI Incubator team collects requirements from the client and conducts a thorough estimation to understand the scope, resources, and timeline required for your project. We ensure that all factors are considered for a smooth and efficient workflow. This step includes the following action items:

  • Meetings with the client to collect requirements and data samples
  • Developing a Solution Requirements Document and approval of the document with the client
  • Selecting the best matching partners from the AI Incubator ecosystem
  • Involving partners into the estimation. Partners receive requests for proposal (RFP) and respond with clarifying questions and proposals
  • AI Incubator consolidates proposals in a single solution and present it to the client
Step 3

Purchase Order and Paperwork

AI Incubator prepares a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of work (SOW). Both sides sign the papers.

The client issues a purchase order.

Step 4

Proof of Concept Development

Next, we develop a Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate the feasibility of the AI solution. This phase helps validate the core functionalities and ensures that the proposed solution meets the business needs.

Step 5

Pilot Testing & Solution Validation

Upon successful POC, we move on to the Pilot phase. Here, we deploy the solution in a controlled environment to test its performance, scalability, and real-world applicability.

Step 6

Full Production Deployment

Finally, after refining the solution during the Pilot phase, we transition to full-scale production. AI Incubator supports the client.
